There is no better place to teach sustainable living than in our schools.  Parents, teachers and students are working together all over America to bring these ideas into the school where they can be taught.  The Illinois Environmental Protection Agency knows how important schools are in spreading green awareness and has a section on their site called  Green School Programs.  It is a proven fact, healthy schools result in healthier, smarter students.  The state of Illinois gets it.  Get involved and help your local schools, teachers and students.
