IC Green Club

Iona College in New York has a green club called IC Green Club. They are an organization educating and increasing awareness about environmental issues. A couple of their goals are to increase recycling on campus and to reduce energy consumption. They plan to work with the faculty and the administration to carry out future sustainability projects.
Hi John. Thanks for bringing this club to our attention. It seems they have done some pretty neat stuff like a plant a seed day, a recycling drive, t-shirts for Earth Day and a lights out campaign. This would be an excellent way to make a productive difference in your school and your community, hopefully more students will get involved. Keep up the good work IC Green Club.
