Love Green Club

At Chapin High we have a Love Green Club. It is a blast to be part of it because we get to bug the teachers all we want about turning off lights and stuff and not get in trouble. They think it’s kind of fun and we have all learned a bunch by being a part of it.
We made it a project to survey the school and find all the energy leaks. We feel we can reduce the schools energy bill by about twenty eight thousand dollars a year.
Another project we are proud to be a part of is the adopt a highway project. There is so much to learn, and so much to teach others, and so much to do, well, it’s mind boggling at times.
I think every school should have a green club and every student should be involved.
