At the Pine Creek Conservation Area on 10/23/09 we will be planting trees along Robinson Creek. This is a weekend activity, so plan on arriving Friday evening. This is just one activity you could become involved in, we have many more.
Robinson Creek is a tributary of the John Day River. It is home to the native Steelhead fish and their habitat is in need of restoring.
The contact information for this project and many other Oregon conservation activities can be found at earthshare-oregon.org.
The Oregon Natural Desert Association (onda.org) has the proper sign up forms for this activity.
